The objective of our repairs division is to deliver modern valve solutions designed to fit known application needs and real-time conditions. We are able to work with both OEM and Severn Glocon equipment.

Valve damage is a fact of life for processing industries, particularly in the more challenging severe service applications. Conditions change, and valves suffer from wear, cavitation, erosion and corrosion. Clearly, damaged valves are not going to perform well and productivity can suffer as a result. However, there are proactive measures plant managers can take to learn from yesterday’s and today’s repairs in order to reduce future repair needs. Enhancing valve repair with intelligence-led specification can minimise potential damage, prolong valve life and maximise performance.

Over the past 20 years Severn Unival has collated a vast knowledge-bank rooted in the repair of valves used in the oil & gas, petrochemical and power industries. Plant managers can drill down into precise details of a specific individual valve, or view trend analysis across thousands of valves used in similar applications to inform repair and re-specification.
