With 50 years of operation under our belt, we have built up a spares division that is the envy of the industry.

That’s why we support our historical product range with a rapid-response spares organisation.

The combined heritage of Severn Glocon and Severn Unival means we have decades’ worth of performance data and spares equipment from historic applications. Spares are held at each of our manufacturing facilities, and details on each part are collated in our central legacy database. This enables rapid cross-reference of data to source ready-made solutions for emergent valve problems.

We are always looking for ways to improve our service, and ultimately our aim is to ensure that spares can be tracked and sourced by serial number via remote access. This capability will prove invaluable in high-pressure situations surrounding emergent problems, or when engineers are working round the clock and need real-time knowledge of available equipment. 

We are currently in the process of further enhancing our spares support service. The ultimate aim is to enable real-time, remote access to our engineers at a global level so they can provide a swift and accurate response for customers around the world. In time, they will be able to pinpoint the location, availability and serial number of available equipment.
