Severn Glocon has had a presence in India for more than ten years. During that time, our operations have evolved from a simple back-up and global sourcing facility to the thriving manufacturing unit in action today. The factory, based in Chennai, is currently 4,500m² and boasts a 65-strong team of highly-skilled engineers, with further 4500m² expansion due to open in January 2010.

The Chennai facility is one of our key manufacturing centres, and gives us a geographical advantage by strengthening and supporting our operations in the Middle and Far East, as well as mainland Europe. The capacity and efficiency of the centre give us a competitive edge, enabling us to deliver orders quickly and cost-effectively whilst maintaining the excellent quality that is synonymous with the Group.
