Based in our Gloucester headquarter, Severn Glocon provides all of the primary engineering expertise across the business, from first principle research & development, through project engineering and draughting.
The U.K. manufacturing facility, provides 70,000 sq ft of modern machining, assembly, testing and painting capacity, suitable for the full range of Severn Glocon Products. Severn Glocon moved into this new bespoke facility in May 2007, following an investment in excess of £1.4m in equipment.
A revised capacity planning capability, combined with our committed approach to project management and project delivery, has seen the Severn Glocon capacity and flexibility increased significantly in 2007.
The Severn Glocon commitment to its people, skills and training ensures that we are able to meet the requirements of major project orders, spares orders and small shutdown led orders, without loss of quality.
Testing facilities suit all of our requirements, including Cryogenic testing for ASU cold box application and Clean room facilities for ultra high purity.
Severn Glocon has internal capability to provide a range of standard and complex painting and coating specifications.
Severn Glocon - Middle East & North Africa
As part of our programme of localisation, and ensuring that Severn Glocon has application engineers close to our customers in support of their projects, Severn Glocon has a significant operation in the Middle East.
Sales offices exist in Abu Dhabi and Qatar, where the application engineers are supported by experienced sales, sizing and selection staff.
Further Sales and management offices exist in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, close, with our full time Regional Manager, based in Bahrain, in support of our operations. Our new assembly & test facility in Saudi Aramco, is expected to be operational in Q1 2008.
To support our products in the region, and to provide commissioning expertise, where required, Severn Unival has a dedicated field engineer, based in Abu Dhabi, who travels throughout the Region in support of clients, once our valves are in operation.

Severn Glocon India
Severn Glocon has been manufacturing in India since 2002 and in 2007 unveiled our new 35,000 sq ft, bespoke factory and technology centre in Chennai.
Operating as a discrete business unit of Severn Glocon the Indian facility provides a cost effective manufacturing based for our standard products and components and a sales and manufacturing outlet for our products into the Central Asian markets.
Severn Glocon India has its own engineering resources for project design and its own experienced application engineers for sizing and selection and client support.

Severn Glocon SpA is a specialist business, configured to provide the best of our control valve products, configured for the high pressure, high temperature requirements of the Power Generation industries.
Severn Glocon SpA is headquartered in Lugano Switzerland with a manufacturing facility in Malfacone, Northern Italy.
As Severn Glocon SpA focused on the power markets, the sales operation is located in Lugano, along with our partner company Tecnoil spa.
Severn Glocon Italia has capacity for the manufacture of complete products and can also use the broader capacity of Severn Glocon around the globe to provide flexible project delivery commitments.
