LNG Power

Liquified Natural Gas

The liquefaction of natural gas is a hazardous process, and valves used within an LNG train need to perform reliably in the face of extreme temperature variations.

Severn Glocon Group has over three decades’ experience in cryogenic control valves, and we are the world leaders in the field. Our state-of-the art manufacturing centre in Gloucester now boasts in-house cryogenic testing facilities, ensuring valves perform appropriately at temperatures as low as -190°c. This testing forms part of our LNG quality control programme, so customers can rest assured that valves comply with even the most stringent industry standards.
