The LNG market is a major and rapidly growing part of the Severn Glocon business thanks to a combination of our design, manufacturing and testing capabilities. We can design and produce some of the largest valve sizes on the market, capable of performing in the extreme temperature variations of LNG applications. They are rigorously tested to as low as -190°c. in our state-of-the cryogenic testing facilities at our Gloucester manufacturing centre, ensuring they meet the most stringent industry standards.

One of the critical applications on the LNG process is the Compressor Anti Surge valves. Severn’s proprietary design of these critical fast acting and precise performing  control valves sets us apart from our competitors. We also have special designs for Gas to Flare and Blow down  valves that again require unique and custom designed trims for these critical and severe applications. No other manufacturer has such a proven capability in this area.
