Severn Glocon Group announces the launch of Severn Ball Valves Ltd, a Group enterprise dedicated to the provision of industry-approved isolation valves. 2nd June 2010

Strategically aligned with Severn Unival, the Group’s engineering services division, Severn Ball Valves will specialise in high-integrity, quality assured valves. Co-location with Severn Unival’s Aberdeen facilities will enable competitive and effective in-house testing, machining and production of valve/actuator assemblies. The new company is set to transform the valve stock and trading market with its unique combination of in-depth isolation valve expertise and engineering intelligence.

Colin Findlay, Managing Director of Severn Unival, has been instrumental in establishing Severn Ball Valves and will take on the role of Managing Director in addition to his current role. He has ambitious growth plans and has hand-picked a talented and experienced senior team to drive the business forward.
