Severn Unival’s headquarters are in Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England. In addition to being the home of the company executive, administration and finance department, this facility has 3 primary operating functions.
• Regional Services - The service team provide valve repair and maintenance services to power generation, air separation, chemical and petrochemical process users in the North of England.
• Performance Improvement Services - The Huddersfield Centre is the home to the Technical Services team, who focus entirely on engineering performance improvement solutions for Critical Service control and choke valves.
• New Product Manufacture – The production team in Huddersfield design and manufacture bespoke and specialist control valve products, retrofit and upgrade components and spare parts.
This is a fast track manufacturing facility, configured to ensure delivery based on commitments to programme and quality.

GLOUCESTER ENGINEERING SUPPORT CENTRE
Located as a stand alone unit, within the Severn Glocon manufacturing plant in Gloucester, the Severn Unival Gloucester Service Centre supports industrial plant users including the Steel, Power Generation, Chemical and Petrochemical industries of Wales, and Southern England.
Severn Unival Gloucester is fully functional with Machining, Shotblasting, testing and painting facilities capable of covering valve repairs of all types, up to 30” 1500# ANSI.
In addition Severn Unival has specialist cryogenic and clean room facilities for LNG and Air Separation application.

MIDDLESBROUGH ENGINEERING SUPPORT CENTRE
Severn Unival Middlesbrough offers Valve users in the Industrial North East of England, a highly experienced team of control valve and safety relief valve maintenance and repair technicians.
With wide experience in the process conditions associated with Chemical, Petrochemical, Air separation and power generation plants, Severn Unival Middlesbrough provides a local service with expert technical support back-up.
Geographically located in the heart of the Teesside Industrial area, this centre has repair and testing capability for a full range of valves from ½” thru 12”, with craneage, low pressure and high pressure testing equipment, shot-blasting and painting equipment and local machining.
The Teesside facility is the centre of expertise for our Electronic Diagnostics services, providing pneumatic actuator/positioner evaluation and re-calibration and intelligent positioner daignotics.

GRANGEMOUTH ENGINEERING SUPPORT CENTRE
Configured and manned specifically to provide specialist services to the Petrochemical facilities in and around Grangemouth, Central Scotland, this facility is a general mechanical service workshop, with capability for Isolation, Safety and Control Valves.
Supported by additional engineers from Aberdeen, Grangemouth has a flexible capability to cover shutdowns and power outages.
Grangemouth has excellent field diagnostics capability supporting the Severn Unival Performance Improvement services.
